Can anyone confirm that on a AWD a 245/40-19 19x8.5 +40 will fit safe with no rubbing issues?

TSW Isn't directly recommending 8.5+40 though the Federation Stinger uses that size, so make sure it clears the calipers

That's why I am asking for confirmation. The federation is a RWD, also do not have confirmation if that makes a difference.

Indeed. Also note that 245/40 would mean speedo reading a couple mph under actual, as total diameter is ~.7 in greater than stock.
Thanks I dont care about the speedometer

You'll need to confirm it for yourself, TSW doesn't recommend 8.5+40, even though some wheels may fit, others may contact the calipers. Buyer beware. If you want to be safe, go with +35 or +30 which we also know fits. If you're dead set on a +40, try to arrange it and see (and report back).

We can say with SOME certainty that specifically the TSW Sprint 20x8.5+40 will fit because there's an example of it. Other wheels at the same offset may not fit, depending on the shape of the spokes. Federation is RWD, but I highly doubtful there is any hub difference between RWD and AWD, It doesn't make sense from a manufacturing perspective, though no one has claimed otherwise.

I have the same set up but with a +35 offset and it fits fine.
+40 might hit the strut, but who knows.

245/40-19. 8.5. +35 front? If so could you post a few pics?

Same setup on the rear? What wheels are they? How does it feel in the front, I was worried about extra stress on the front drivetrain . Thanks again
