Firmware update release notes?

Hello guys!

Has anyone actually gotten to see the release notes for the firmware updates? Version histories? I went to my dealer to ask and they said they had to look into it. Next time I do I would like to have some documentation so that way when I tell them why I get audio drop outs and my driver settings reset I have something to show them.

There is a TSB covering the audio sound. See your dealer.

Can we update this ourselves or need to go to dealer?

I updated mine by simply replacing the SD card they sent me. I think that was just a map update. Other stuff may need a service technician.

I'm sorry I was under the impression there was a firmware update to the car? My issue has been the comfort, sports, eco drive setting defualt to comfort when I start the car as well as audio drop outs from my apple device. i could have sworn i saw someone saying there was a firmware update that has to be done at the dealer? Maybe I was wrong?

Not sure about Apple. My Android works fine. The TSB is regarding sound shifting to rear speakers. The only two default drive modes are Eco and Comfort. That is not a defect.
