No, that’s that hydro dip stuff. The one I’m taking about is a work of art. I’ll see if I can dig up a photo. It’s also in the G80 style like @djerickd

That one is slightly different than mine as it has a little bit more front and right side coverage

Also, with mine, I had to peel off all the insulating foam as well as remove a couple of the installation bumpers, and also Dremelled out a piece of the plastic out so it sits down lower and doesn’t touch the hood

I took my GTS in for its annual oil change yesterday. I have a new KIA dealership here where I live and I dropped it off for a few hours and when I went to pick it up the service guy and all off the service personnel were talking about the Orange Stinger. They had never seen one and thought I had it painted. The general manager of the dealership told the them about the 2019 GTS Federation Orange short production run and how unique they are. Cool visit for me!

in 2020 they made some gt2 in fed orange. but I never learned how many showed up in n. america.

Really? I thought the fed orange was only available on the gts? Guess you learn something new everyday.

I can say that no other color has made me grin as the car approached. Perhaps that is because I've only ever seen a Fed Orange one time - probably this same one, as both sightings were local. I saw it coming yesterday and was grinning as it passed through the intersection where I was waiting on my bicycle. The driver probably thought I was goofy, but maybe not if he appreciates Stinger sightings as much as I do.
