Hey all was just wondering what the factory limiter is on the AWD gt model. I hit 135 and it goes limp I’m guessing that’s the limiter ?

Look inside the door jam of your drivers side door. If it shows your factory tire size as 18" wheels where it shows tire size and psi ratings your limiter is 130mph, if it shows your factory tire size as 19" wheels than it's 167mph.

Gotcha didn’t know that’s I have 18s is the only way to get around that is to tune it ?

As far as I'm aware you'd either need an ecu tune/reflash or I think BMS sells a overide option for the limiter but it requires cutting an ecu wire and some soldering, so not for the faint of heart. They don't list it on their site so you would have to contact them to see if they still sell it. Personally I'd go with a tune if it's something you absolutely need. Also, make sure you have the tires to hit those speeds, dont go running blizzacks at 160mph lol

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Well you've got a lot of ecu tune options out there so I'd just do some research and find the one best suited for you. Keep it mind you'll at a minimum require a upgraded spark plugs to safely run an ecu tune. The best plugs to support a tune are HKS M45IL plugs and they can be a bitch to replace if you are a hobby mechanic.
