Exhaust Tips

Good to know. I ordered mine from "Grill Factory Tuning Store" - sounds super legit.

It's been 5 days since my order and still awaiting the shipping confirmation
Still awaiting shipping on my replacements, too. Painful. Amazon Prime has spoiled me!

After looking at these for a couple of days I can see that I feel like the chrome tips were out of place on this car. I don't think anything else of significance is normal chrome. The stock tips stuck out like a sore thumb to me. These integrate so much better.

Just picked up the MBRP and had to order a matching set of exhaust tips to go with it. I'll have the 51x89mm CF tips off my stock exhaust for sale once I swap if anyone is interested, $100 shipped.

I am trying to find the correct size to order. I currently have the jun bl exhaust and not sure if they are 2.5 or 2.0 inches.

If I should order 51mm or 61mm in and 89 mm out, any assistance is appreciated.

They could also be 2.25". I bought a caliper on amazon to measure mine. Have you contacted the vendor you bought them from, maybe they have the specs.

For 89 mm outlet, you will need to trim the stock bumper openings a bit.

Oval 75 x 105 mm outlet will fit through the stock bumper openings without needing a trim.

The sites I saw say the Jun.bl exhaust has 61 mm diameter mid-pipe and inlet, idk about outlet.

Go to Harbor Freight and buy a $3 caliper, then shimmy under the rear of your car and measure the diameter of the Jun BL. This is a lot safer than searching for the size on the Internet.

Your are very correct. Will do that tomorrow. Thank you.

I would like to buy the oval exhaust tips (63mm->75×105) mentionned on this thread but not in carbon fiber finish. Just like stock, in polished metal.
Is there such a thing??

I'm with you - I don't care if the tips are CF, though I'd prefer black. I'd love to see what's available, searches keep bringing back the wrong styles.

Installed mine today, I went ahead and installed them first and then put the exhaust part back into the car. This size would fit in through the back easily. I can say without a doubt this greatly decreases any drone you hear inside the cabin. I also was not that thrilled with the stock tips being chrome, they are about the only part of the whole car that is chrome.
How much is your dealer paying you to have their big honkin badge on your tail ???:whistle::laugh::laugh:

That thing is bigger than the model identification. I hate when dealerships do that. I had a rather ugly/large one on my car when I bought it. It was gone on day 2 of ownership.

Agreed. I’ve insisted they be removed before taking delivery. I’ve gone as far as refusing to take delivery until it’s done.

The gloss carbon tips are a good match to the gloss black diffuser. You have to get pretty close to see they’re carbon and not black.

Hell YES! Just to confirm you are running Thermal Cat-backs? Can you tell me the exact size you ordered?

I got these in 57 X 105. The Thermal makes 2.25 diameter tips. These fit perfect and look good. Just want to make sure you know these will quieten it down considerably in the cabin.

Thanks! That's what I'm looking for. Have thermal's with SSR midpipes. I don't mind it, but hate it when I have pax onboard, which isn't too often.
