EWG Wires Adjustments Via the App

I just added the EWG wires and was wondering where on the JB4 app I can dial down the turbos? Are there recommended settings? Thanks!

FF/Wastegate Adaptation is the setting usually recommend 45 to start. Assume you are getting over boost?

Yeah, I'm getting overboost. I covered that on another thread (Overboost Fixes?). Terry confirmed it, but I'm just not clear on how to make the adjustments from the JB4 app. I'm guessing it's Settings->User Adjustment->input the value at FF/Wastgate Adaption->Save?

Yep that's it. If it doesn't stop over boost then try 40.

Thanks so much! Will this adjustment work with all Map levels? I only use Maps 1-3 depending on my fuel.

Should be same value to fix across any map. You might find on super cold days you need to bump the value down so if you hit that it is normal.

There is an entire thread on jb4tech on how to dial in EWG connectors. With default settings lower FF from the default of 50 down to 40, or 35, and that usually does it. It's also suggested to run v24+ firmware.
