Kia Stinger

Right here is living proof that flat-backed emblems are non-problematic with a proper install. The ole saying, "shit happens" does apply - but, generally, a proper install goes a long way.
There is only one type of front and/or rear overlay available for the Stinger:I think I'm gonna go with the covers, which is the best quality cover sold here?
Also, how does the emblem cover for the steering wheel work during an accident, will it hinder the deployment of the air bag?
Lastly, are there alternatives to the emblem covers for the steering wheel and or wheels?
Given the paint quality on the stinger I would opt for any solution that does not require OEM removal.I'm trying to avoid removal/replacing the Front KIA emblem so I'm really looking for an overlay as opposed to a replacement piece. Again, my concerns are the cutout on my PPF plus fitment since all of these replacement emblems aren't curved and leave gaps on the ends. Any chance you can produce what I'm looking for Sal?
Currently using an overlay on the front as well. The rear debadging was done by my detailer when he applied the ceramic coat. There is still an oval pattern visible on the rear if you look real close.Given the paint quality on the stinger I would opt for any solution that does not require OEM removal.
I removed rear Kia emblems on both of my stingers. Yellow paint just came off in chunks using goo gone. Red paint did better but the paint around the oval edges came off.
For some reason both trunk pieces cracked under the license plate and they were replaced under warranty. I had them fill the emblem holes on both replacement parts. Yellow held up, red bubbled up twice and was repainted for a third time a few weeks ago.
Needless to say
I used overlays on the front!
I dont remember seeing anything extra other than alcohol-wipes for some of the items, but no gasket-like item.that's why the rear skin comes with a gasket in the package.
