My wife is an Islander. Pretty little thing too but mean as hell when she's mad and her favorite weapon is a machete.
 
When you said lip I was going to tell you that I did the unthinkable and drilled and attached mine with automotive body clips. Some people will have a heart attack but it's mine and it won't show if I remove the lip. I'll just plug the holes with new clips. At least mine won't move or fly off.

Just did lights . Counter clockwise makes lights go up. About 30 minutes with drive testing out light patterns. Very easy and basic. Thank you for pics you uploaded of gear and nut. Made it very easy
 
If you change springs you definitely need to raise headlights. One inch drop took away 100 feet of light distance

Even if the dealer installs them they are likely only covering any issues caused by the install not the springs themselves. If your shocks blow because of the springs (which is very unlikely) even if the dealer installed the springs they don’t have to cover it under warranty.

If your transmission blows up, the dealer can’t deny the claim because of your springs no matter who installed them.
