"E" key fob cover

Just watched a youtube vid of a guy that ordered a complete new fob from Korea just to get the "E" instead of it having KIA on it. The nutcase, instead of just popping the new cover on the old fob, takes all the inners out of the old and replaces them in the new fob.
I really hope this guy is not on the forum. He says he paid $90 for the new fob.
So he paid $90 just to have an "E" on his fob.
I'm wondering if anyone has seen replacement covers (no inners) with the "E"?
If not, something for vendors here to think about perhaps?

Many people, myself included, strongly dislike the US KIA badge, but I am in no way ashamed of owning a Kia (this is my 4th), which is why I put the KDM badge on the front.

When people ask me which company made the Stinger, I had them to guess and after several try I would told them it from KIA. Some people did not believe me because I de-badge all the KIA logo on the outside and the steering wheel. Then I take out the remote and their eye wide open and mouth drop.

All relative and if someone likes it and they have the resources, who GAF.

That comes from years of mediocrity from the brand until just recently.

The E badge is the OEM badge they use in Korea, the K vintage badges are the badges they have put on cars exported to Europe. They just happen to put the stock badges we have for us. Personally, at the moment I own an Optima and my hubby a Cerato, they have the stock badges on them from the dealership, I am not embarrassed about owning a Kia, they have proved much more reliable than our home made Holdens we owned a few years back.
When I get my Stinger I am planning on rebadging, only because it is a beautiful performance vehicle and some of the OEM/K badges look more " classy " to me so I think it suits the car, they are still " Kia " badges so I don't think it is taking anything away from Kia. And if people came up to ask about it , I would proudly say " It's a Kia "

Oops, I spent 60K supporting the brand, (80K including the wife’s Cerato) didn’t realise I was supposed to be a sales rep for it as well.





Oh wait, mines not a E badge so I guess your judgy little comment doesn’t apply to me.

Sorry to rain on your parade but the E Badge is a Kia OE issue so its still a Kia, these are fitted as standard in South Korea & the overwhelming general consensus is that it should have been a standard fit on all Stingers worldwide, much the same as how Hyundai badge the Genesis.

And you have a right to your opinion , perhaps it was just in the way it was delivered , you keep your stock badging and I'll make up my mind when I get mine but the big Stinger Emblem at the back is set in stone for me

I’m not getting ‘Argo’ either. I just have a different opinion. And that opinion is that I personally wouldn’t criticise or pass judgement on what people do with their own property.

Well stop complaining (not you in particular) when the brand doesn’t benefit from more recognition, which is a big thing people deal with here apparently. It’s all I’m saying. Me, I’m happy to show off that’s it’s a Kia, and don’t feel the need to hide it.

I thought of doing the same thing as the person you described OP, but it seemed silly to me. I happen to find some pretty sweet fob covers from Ali Express, and I love it. I also got a leather lanyard from Etsy with "KIA Stinger" and "GT Limited" stamped into it.



I also saw these fob covers like these with the "E" logo.



I felt this was a good compromise for those who don't want a clashing mix of logos like myself.
