Hi guys! I’m new here and need a little bit of help. I am a woman, so please be kind, lol. I am a car girl, but body and waxing are not my forte. When I bought my Stinger, I had removed my emblem and replaced it. Well, around where the Kia emblem used to be, it is very dull and not shiny like the rest of my paint. Is there any wax out there that can help restore it? Or do I need to take it to a detailer/body shop? Any suggestions would be great!

Welcome fellow "car girl"!! <3
A better pic of the badge would probably help to get some better suggestions. I had to take mine to a body shop for the rear badge to have it repainted back in 2018.

Thank you!! :)
I don’t have a picture yet, I just posted that for attention for the thread lol. I would hate to take it to a body shop just for a small little spot. The paint hadn’t been removed it’s just super dull and no longer shiny :/

Welcome to the hive! Please post up some pics of the area when you get a chance, it might just need a little light polish, and wax but nothing you can't do yourself for a few $$ and a little time

Howdy, car girl. :D As long as the clear coat is still there (very likely) you can use a rubbing compound followed up by a polishing compound. I use Meguiar's for both. You can rub by hand in full "anger" and it's actually quite therapeutic: more so as you see progress.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
