and how do they know that? or do they mean not serviced at their dealership specifically? I know that things are different outside the USA, but this sounds like a dealer trying to avoid warranty work if ive ever heard it. maybe try another dealer?apparently not serviced every six months
Good idea thanksI wasn't aware there's a service interval for seat heating/cooling. What a load of BS. I'd push the service manager or contact kia corporate. Maybe get a local news station involved.
