Do you wash your car a lot or go through touchless washes often?

I don't know for sure if failure is due to moisture, but it crossed my mind as I was doing the job since I found some moisture in the door from a recent wash. I also use touchless washes a lot because of the Canadian winters, it might be a coincidence...but maybe not.

I will monitor and see how it goes, it seems to have stopped for now, I'll keep spraying WD40 for a while and if it comes up again I'll update, perhaps the part is dying slowly, time will tell.

2018 kia stinger gt2 Awd. Door ajar when the door is closed. Changed the door lock actuator with oem sealed part and still having the same issue.

Finally received this part today and it was a pretty annoying job to do. If anyone has any questions let me know. It was 100% the door lock actuator as everything works great now. I'm kind of shocked because the car only has 26k miles on it and usually lock actuators last a lot longer than that.

My issue went away after spraying WD40, not sure if it's related or not, maybe it went away on its own.
