Do you have a favorite brand for Ceramic Coating?

gtechnig ceramic coating on paint, glass and wheels. I love the stuff.

I use Feynlab ceramic because its the only one that is self-healing (fine scratches).

Not a fan of liquid or spray types. I use a ceramic wax then after a refresher wax.

my friend gave me a big bottle of his leftover HydroSilex "Recharge" ..... is it of any use to me?
It’s not a bad product. I think it’s in the top 10 ceramic sprays. I used it and hydro silica soap about 2 years ago before switching over to another brand.

Feynlab has a good tire “ceramic” coating as well. Shine lasts at least a year. Never have to wash tires. Always deep black and shiny. Prep is backbreaking though on the rubber.

I was impatient and sprayed my hood and fender (in direct sunlight! oops!) with the HydroSilex and it went on pretty easily, left a nice, glossy, slick coating. yesterday I noticed a few drops of sap on my hood and they just wiped away with my finger, pretty impressive!

Gyeon makes some good stuff, I used Mohs on mine.

Finally got around to ceramic coating with the HydroSilex I mentioned earlier. Did the ENTIRE car, windows, trim and all. Super easy to apply and the car looks fantastic! IMG_20191015_174003.webp

Is that the hydrosilex recharge spray? If so, it will only last months not years and have to be re-applied often.

Exoforma Ceramic Shield. Only applied to 1 of 3 cars at home, but so far I'm happy with it. Have Mother's CMX on the other two, which does the job as well.

How does ceramic look on our white stingers though? As effective as the other colors like black, red, etc.?? Post pics if you got 'em!!

I find that it really makes the Pearl stand out and can also look a little matt depending on lighting .

Used it on my White Charger and the shine wasn’t the best but it had a great protection factor on it. I have since changed to Meguiars Ultimate polish (step 1 apply polish with DA polisher speed setting 3) and Ultimate wax (step 2 wax applied with an orbital polisher right after the polish). Both my Charger and orange Stinger have that deep gloss look. Love it. Goodbye ceramic coating hello Meguiars. Just my 2 cents
