Yep, they are, I'm thinking should he hold off saying anything until our refund has cleared and the state revenue got the letter to clear my plates from that car ?They're on to that pretty quickly.

I’d answer them, tell them what the dealership has proposed since you first contacted HQ, still outlining your extreme disappointment with the whole saga, and then if the dealership don’t come through as promised get back to HQ and pile on more. Also if the new dealership come through quickly, match or better the offer and get what you want make sure HQ know about that as well.Yep, they are, I'm thinking should he hold off saying anything until our refund has cleared and the state revenue got the letter to clear my plates from that car ?
I think they would probably support your current outcome so no harm to put everything upfront to them. Maybe even tell them entire heartbreaking experienice has now put you off buying a Kia and you'll most likely trade to a different brand....but, if they can come up with what you want in the next few days and get it delivered to your local dealer then you would be appeased.Yep, they are, I'm thinking should he hold off saying anything until our refund has cleared and the state revenue got the letter to clear my plates from that car ?
Do they communicate to each other via a message in a bottle? LolI find it very amusing.....just had a follow up phone call with the dealership.
'Josh ' is the sales guy I originally spoke to, called me, he had gone on hols when we went there so I didn't meet him at all.He told me he has just got back and wanted to know if we came up and had a test drive etc. It's laughable because he knows what went down, they would have had a meeting first thing this morning. But he rings and acts like he doesn't know anything to see how it all went, I told him exactly how it went.
Suppose they are trying to be seen as " very concerned for their customers "........too late she cried.
Lol anythings possible with this dealershipDo they communicate to each other via a message in a bottle? Lol
They are only concerned for their “customers” until they have your cash, after that they couldn’t give a damn.I find it very amusing.....just had a follow up phone call with the dealership.

Sort of agree, most dealerships are a 2 part operation, Sales & Service & never the twain shall meet. Most dealerships make more money out of service than they make out of new car sales. It's amazing that they'd risk this sort of publicity given what it must do to their reputation - and yet here we are...
Agreed & as long as the Dealer Principal is making money they don’t care where the profits come from.Agree - but they all report to the dealership owner in the end...
