Here’s a Central Coast special. Ploddy the dinosaur at the Australian Reptile Park, Somersby. You can see him from the M1 Motorway if you’re driving north from Sydney, just before the Gosford exit. He’s been there about 22 years.

Here in Northern Virginia we have an old roller rink with a really big roller skate out front.
Rollerworks is more then 35 years old now, but closed sometime last year.



The local paper did a story on the rink a few years ago: Bealeton skating rink still rolling after 36 years
