Not pro but my thoughts.
Yes ign1 is actual timing advance and ign2-6 is amount of timing advance being pulled. So if you take ign1 and add ign2-6 (biggest loss cylinder, just one of them) you get what it wanted for timing advance at that rpm, load, ect.
For map2 looks like you are using a low octane fuel. Timings not crazy bad like 4,5+ but generally are better at that boost level.
