Cougar motors fit for stinger

Hi, does anyone know if the cougar motors led headlights will fit for the 2020 Kia stinger GTline? Thanks

From my experience with other cars, it's just a matter of finding the right LED replacement for the headlight bulb size, (looks like 9005 for the Stinger?) - I don't have a GT-Line, so maybe someone else can comment. On my other cars, I tried to find the dimensions of the base of the bulb to try to guess how it might fit the headlight housing depending on the plug and gasket design, etc.

My name is Bill and just beccame a member. I just leased a 2020 KIA Stinger GT-LINE. I have been doing a fair amount of research and trial and error on upgrading the lighting. So far i have been unsucessful on finding the right setup for my application. So far I have gone through 4 sets of LEDs, all different brands. I have tried so far LASTFIT, COUGAR, HIKARI and ALLA. So far what I have learned is that the maximum circumference of the fan is 30mm, which is even a tight fit. The LASTFIT LC PLUS fits and is 360 adjustable and not a bad price, but it does not push the light forward well and the intensity of the light is bad. The halogen is way brighter. Im thinking so far HID could be the answer. However it looks like it will be a very tight squeeze to fit the wiring over the housing and through the fender. This could be an issue because it might compromise the durabilitybof the wiring. Attached is the stock lights versus the LASTFIT led.

The second pic is the Halogen? You said the LED looked worse. I never imagined such a thing, from all the hype about the superior illumination of LED.

Merlin - The first pic is the LED. The second pic is my stock halogen...hence the more yellow looking light.

Update guys i found a set that work perfectly as an led upgrade. Make sure if you purchase the set that you buy an anti-flicker adapter harness. This is required to prevent errors and flickering. The leds gave me both error codes and some pulsing before i put them in.

LED's are typically crap in projectors designed for halogen bulbs. HiD is usually a better choice, but cab be a pain due to the ballasts.
