Consumption GT 3.3 vs GT-line 2.0 gas

Stinger 3.3L in Canada here. I'm averaging 13.5L/100km with fairly conservative total city driving. Got the car in November so I'm noticing an improvement as the weather warms up.
i get about the same! much better ever since it got warmer it’s been under 11L/100kms for me even in sport mode on highways.

I have driven over 160k kms on my 2018 GT Limited. Drive conservatively and get 11-12 L/100 km consistently in the city. On the highways I get around 8-9 L/100km. Still drives like new. If you take care of this vehicle, it will last you for a looooooong time.

The one area where EV shine is for stop & go driving with short commutes. Otherwise, in the great expanse that is the USA, an internal combustion engine is great. On my '20 GT1, I get 30-32 mpg at 80mph cruising speeds. Even my '65 Riviera GS gets 20mpg on the open road!!!

In Europe you can pretty much legally cruise on highways at 140 km/h in most countries (with a few exceptions).

At those speeds, my office Hyundai Tucson hybrid (with 65hp less power and 100kg lower mass) has the same fuel consumption as my 2.0 GT Line (which is fully loaded, including sunroof and 19" wheels). That is between 8.3 and 8.5 l/100km.

Also, I got the same fuel consumption with a Mercedes GLC hybrid-DIESEL with 300hp and about 200kg extra mass. But, diesel.

I think the 2.0 Stinger is such a great long distance car. Especially if you have all the comfort stuff like adaptive cruising, heated and ventilated seats, HK sound etc. I'm almost at 200.000km and love it.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
