Check Your Eibach Front Sway Bar Bushings!!

Finally spoke with a human. Still not impressed with their customer service - although I have no idea what they could do. Sending me four new bushings and speaking with R&D Monday. We'll see.
I'm curious, was the bar on the hard or soft setting?

The softer setting.

R&D basically said they've not heard of it happening to anyone else. But I have the collar clamps on now for insurance.

I installed mine on June 1st and just checked them as I installed my FMIC on Friday..

All is well and the bushings look good..

Checked mine on the weekend & all looks ok, they have been in since Oct. 2018 & I have travelled over 15,000kms since they were installed.

Interesting read. Can you throw up a picture of your collar clamps installed?

Greatttttt, I just recently took a very, VERY winding mountain road that's about 12 miles long of chicanes and sharp turns (not quite hairpins, though) and had some real fun punishing the tires.

Guess it's something I gotta check, now, too.

I was recently down there to check/tighten worm clamps, and my bushings look fine. I do have the swaybar on the firm setting, though, which preloads the bushing. This would, in theory, also improve the "hold" by applying pressure to the bushing at all times reducing it's ability to slide around or at least the possibility of.

This has happened to me twice now on the front driver side. Just been replacing the bushings. Let me know how the clamps work please or ill probably swap out the sway bar for another! Had to make an account after I saw eibach state they haven't heard of anyone else with this problem lol!

Nobody here has had repeating bushing issues, until now. Welcome to the forum. Let us know how this resolves, please.

I am wondering if it is possible to fit the rubber bushings on those swaybars.
