Ceramic Silver / Ghost Grey Discussion

All in ~$57k Canadian

Hey would you mind me asking what you pay for that bi weekly or monthly? Did you finance or lease and for how long of a term? I may go to my local dealer soon to get the ball rolling on this..I'd love to have an idea of what to realistically expect here in Canada. I plan on going all out with the GT premium.

There’s too many variables involved — you might try the calculator on the KIA website though.

I decided to go heavy handed while editing this one.

Wow! Nice! Congratulations! How was the drive home?!

Nice and smooth. Got to play with it a bit--the sound system is great, the engine is great, the size of the gas tank will take some getting use to.

All-in-all I'm perfectly happy.

I think that small'ish gas tank is something we're going to need to get used to. I doubt they'll be getting any bigger - most likely smaller across the board as time goes. Mainly for weight savings and the fact that most cars are getting better gas mileage than they used to...

This is my favorite color.
Unfortunately they don't sell it where I live.
I like it so much I even considered wrapping my car in a similar color,
but I'll wait until I get bored of the deep chroma blue.

Hey guys I really want a GT in white, but this color is growing on me. I haven’t seen it in person. Curious to know, does this color look like a flat gray in person or does it have a pearling look?

Here's what I ended up with, the car is on the lot with 190 km on the odometer, I should get it within a couple of weeks:
  • Stinger GT Limited (GT2) AWD in Ghost Grey with black interior
  • 19" high performance summer tires on OEM rims
  • FC-04 black 18" rims for winter with Bridgestone Blizzaks
  • Winter prep package (all season mats, battery blanket, block heater, can't recall what else)
  • Rebadging to the broken K
  • No dealer decal
  • 50% tint on rear 5 windows
  • 3M bra on front of car including portion of hood
  • $750 maintenance credit
  • UVO remote start for 5 years
  • Finance @ 3.49%
  • All in ~$57k Canadian -- incorrect, see below
Not cheap but you get a lot for the money and I plan to hold on to it for >10 years.

Updating this post. Not to go into too much detail but I essentially got a refund on most of the Winter prep package and retinted my vehicle. If I were to treat all my maintenance credits as cash back, I basically paid approximately $55,500. I don't know this for sure, but the dealership may have broken even or even lost money on the deal. But they'll get it back through service (eventually).

This color looks so much better in person. The rest of the colors look the same in photos but this one is the most different in person compared to photos. It still has a shine due to the clear coat but is a muted deep gray. If that makes any sense.

Yes, it's a flat grey.

Tint your tails?
Yeah. They aren't actually as dark as they look in that picture. Here is another one with some sun glare but in person the tails are still red, just a tad darker. I think it looks sportier and doesn't affect the brake light color to my eye.
