CEL with JB4

If i plan to get catless primary downpipes would i be able to get rid of the CEL using the jb4? I know the lap3 is able to do it just have not seen anything about the jb4. Also what would be the best map on the jb4 with these mods
- injen short ram intake
- borla catback exhaust
- lap3 primary downpipes
- hks plugs
- 94 octane
- fmic upgrage
