Hey everyone so I got the dreaded CEL a couple days ago seemingly out of no where. Car running fine and is at almost 9k miles.

JB4 shows code 0068 with No description but google search says something to do with a sensor for the intake manifold among some other things. Last mod installed was SXTH Element Dual Oil Catch cans over two months and 2k miles ago. I checked the catch can connections and hoses and all the sensors/connections for JB4 and whatnot and everything seems fine.

Wanted to get opinions from you all before going to a shop to get it looked at. Hoping to not remove mods of course but if I must...

On my cars, I just reset the light, if it happens again, thenI take it to get fixed.

I may be incorrect but this sounds similar to a CEL code that was being thrown when i first connected the jb4. used a code reader from AutoZone and can't remember the exact code but the description was related to intake map sensor voltage error. Turns out, i had accidentally pushed out one of the pins of the connector on the jb4 just enough to not seat all the way thus, throwing the CEL and code.Stupid error on my part.....just had to re-seat the pin all the way in the connector, hook it back up and "voila', no more CEL and have enjoyed the jb4 ever since.....was sweating bullets there for a day or so because i could not get it figured out.....

Thanks for sharing! I haven't looked at the JB4 unit itself so I'll try that next.

I got this exact code, with no other codes, after the second time trying an e85 mix. Oddly enough, it was right after I installed a catch can too, although I think its unrelated.

Anyways, the problem fixed itself as I diluted the e85 with more and more 91 octane and cycled the e85 out of the system. I just accelerated slowly with no boost until the random bouts of stuttering and code went away.

My engine light came on and 0068 is also the code JB4 is giving me. Nothing recently done under the hood.

The code cleared itself and never came back shortly after I messed around with the OCC hoses on the PCV side. I may have had too sharp of a bend causing some restriction maybe? It could of been something else but that was the only thing I remember doing before the code went away.

Sounds like you got away relatively easy. Good for you. Thx for the feed back.

I had this problem recently, and it ended up being the hoses from my catch can. They just random came loose over time. After tightening it went away after driving and turn off and on the car.
