I didn't address you because I understand your argument. The theme was more related to the info I was receiving from this forum prior to my purchase. I'm glad I didn't listen to half the posts on here.
.....
In the provinces with larger cities like BC, Ontario and Quebec eith much higher inventory I'm sure deals can be had, but I dont believe for a second that any dealer in my province is going to agree to 10% off the refreshed model when it becomes available until it's been on the lot for 10 or more months. One of the dealers here still have a 2019 Stinger GT limited listed at 52,800, it's like they dont even want to sell them around here.
Good. Let them rot on the lot. 1000 is insulting.Currently trying to get a 2020 Stinger GT Limited. They got 0% financing for 84 months going on at the moment. The dealer is only giving $1000 off. Nowhere close to the 10% off MSRP. There are only 5 2020 stingers left in Ontario and they are still not offering much discount for some reason. I'm trying to push them still.

4000k cash rebate still applies to 2020 Stingers (not for 2021 Stingers) and bank rates are very low so your dealer should be able to finance you very close to 3%. Also aim for at least 2k off the Dealer (on top of the 4k off) + some goodies like 3 years maintenance or accessories you need.
Since the Stinger in Canada is not warrantied for 84 months I would advise againts financing the car for that long. In 5 years you will be still paying the car + additional cost when it breaks.
Dealer is telling me that the 4k rebate is only available if you do a cash purchase, not finance. The website also shows it like that as well. Yes I agree as well, I would like to extend the warranty but these dealerships don't seem to cooperate. I haven't even got to the point of telling them what I want yet. Is there someplace else where it shows you can get the 4k rebate with financing?
