Just noticed this by the back left tire of my 2018 stinger.

No. But it looks scary as hell. More pics, and tell us details, like how long you've had the car, what trim, any mods, etc. Whatever that thing is it is asking to be bashed. In the pic it looks almost like it's ready to touch the ground.

Closer look, it appears to be a broken suspension part, maybe the shock absorber. WTH?

It’s hard to get a good picture since it’s right behind the tire. Had the car 2 years. 72k km. 3.3L with no mods.

Well that will be your E brake actuator. You should be able to unclip it but the metal part that attaches to the wheel hub is most likely broken.

I am wondering how THAT happened?? There's part of the knuckle still attached to it. OP definitely must take it to mechanic ASAP!
