Direct injected engines need cleaning but much later. Preventive maintenance on the valves needs to start well before 30,000 miles. Best bet at this point is to pay a show tp walnut blast them someday (like after 50,000+ miles) or when the engine shows signs of running inefficiently.

The dealer is selling you snake oil in both suggested services. Neither service will hurt the vehicle (in theory, but having any dealer touch the car increases the chances of them screwing something up), but are entirely unnecessary and not required by warranty.
