Used for about a month. No issues, but they were shipped with some scatches on the inside. Will not see other than up-close inspection. see picture

Borla too loud? I would have removed it too as it's tiring, but then I got the bolt on Ali Express tips and the noise all moved out back. so much better!

Ali express too expensive on shipping. I have found them on ebay for around 50 per tip with Free shipping. Go to ebay and search Akrapovic oval tips.

yeah thats what I have. after a few months starting to bubble slightly but not peeling yet though. I would be interested in these borla ones if they actually clamped onto the tail pipe like these do to push the sound away from under the car. can anyone confirm how these attach to the exhaust or is it a direct stock replacement and is also "floating" in the tip?

It’s floating. Does nothing for sound vs stock tips. Although, maybe a good muffler shop could fabricate a
Connection?? Then the Borla tips would be legit. Except for the cost. I’m sure
Some Other People have a stainless tip that connects to the pipe though. It doesn’t need to be the aliexpress tips.

get some good tips before you give up on it. I like it aggressive, but you can cruise in comfort and have fun when you want it.

I got em (Borla tips) welded directly to the pipes.

You might have to just reach out to Borla support and see what they say about the tips. I want to say they should but i am not entirely sure.
