It's one of those fun mods that doesn't really add any power/performance. But it's inexpensive, easy to install, and we rarely ever get any returns on them. People love the adjustability.
Installed it today, it triggered a CEL w/ error code 2138 (scanned through jb4). Shut down car for 5 minutes, recalibrated pedal tuner, back on, CEL is gone but error 2138 remains.
I've been googling it and it seems like I'm the only one who gets this error ?! But I was hoping you would have some advice...

I know this has been a while, but I got this code when I didn’t let the unit calibrate properly. Close kept coming back on jb4 so I disconnected battery and removed pedal tuner. Watching the video was the key. Reinstalled 24 hours later and no issues.

I spoke too soon. I have since gotten the same code twice in the last week. Each time I disconnected battery, uninstalled, cleared code, and eventually went through the process to reinstall the pedal tuner. It seems fine for 3-4 days then code. Yesterday when it threw the code I went into limp mode as well. Leaving it off for now.

Every now and again we'll have a defective pedal tuner that doesn't calibrate properly but it's maybe 1 out of 200? Not common at all. We honor our 5 year warranty on them as long as they are bought new.
I still have mine and when I return it to stock for service it's almost unbearable to drive. It's one of those things that when you add it you never want to go back to stock.
