That's for the vacuum side PCV-intake manifold to prevent caking the valves. Oil in the intercooler is likely from the boost (driver) side which vents in to the intake before the turbo. We had a OCC on the driver side and caught almost nothing after beating on our car for 6 months so it never made it to market.
Boost side blow by, oil leaking from turbo seals, are common causes. Keep in mind oil will puddle up in there over time so it might just be a minor issue going on for a long time to collect a couple ounces of oil or whatever was in it.
Sold out of intro units last week so we're up to our normal price of $699, and also opened up ordering to the BMS dealer network. A little more than it was before but still a great value at one of the largest cores out there for the Stinger platform!
