Hey just wondering what do you guys think of such claim:

(This intake has been extensively tested on the BMS development Stinger running 11.9@120mph in the 1/4 mile and 148mph half mile traps.)


Can it make such a difference? Sounds too good to be true lol

That text is out of date, there are BMS intake customers running 11.6x 1/4 mile now.

Our new blue inverse cone filters are pretty sweet too.

You do know that’s with the JB4 tune too right?

What’s size are the new blue filters? Do they have a metal or plastic cap? And do you sell them by themselves?

Takes a lot more than an intake to run 11s. Seems like you're reading the website copy wrong.

All BMS means is that the intake is used on the BMS shop car that is running those times. The shop car isn't running those times with JUST the intake installed. You'd be lucky if the intake alone shaves more than .1 secs off your 1/4mile on an otherwise stock Stinger.

It would be cool if you guys had comparison dyno results from a stock Stinger vs Stinger with just the BMS intake installed though. I'd be curious to see what results you'd get from that.

Cool and thanks for the link. Just curious what the intake cone piping dimensions are and if it would fit on 3” connectors?

Sorry for bringing this back from the grave, but how many miles are the filters good for before changing on the BMS intakes?

BMS website says 15 - 20k miles for "cleaning". But with how long it'll take me to drive 15 or 20k miles im just replacing at that mileage.
