blind-spot Collision Warning

Hey all,
A couple of times this winter I have had this trouble code C120B15 LED right circuit short to battery or open, it happened again today.
I read the TSB from KIA and removed and inspected the right mirror wire harness connector, it seems to be getting water inside the connector somehow even though there is a gasket inside and the mirror has a rubber gasket as well. This time I used a liberal amount of dielectric grease on the contacts and around the gasket, hopefully that helps it seal.
This year is the first time its been an issue.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I've never read of water getting inside the mirrors. Did you bump it on something or run up against it with your body? I've smacked my mirrors a handful of times, usually with my shoulder when I straighten up after washing or wiping down the car below it, hard enough to hurt a couple of times. I never heard anything crack, so, Ima thinking these are pretty sturdy, up to a point of course.

The water isnt getting inside the mirror, its the connector inside the door under the mirror.
It seems to happen while the snow run off the car around the mirror, the gasket might be getting frozen and not sealing around the mirror base.
There is damage to the mirror or any area around it...

Aren't the sensors located on the rear bumper? I having an issue with my backup sensors. Took it to the dealer and they needed to order sensors and a wire harness. Couple days back I started getting the Blind Spot Warning. My car is in today to have the sensors and wire harness replaced. Should fix the issue. Hopefully both.

Backup sensor is different, Blindspot is a radar in the back left and right behind the back wheels.
My issue wasnt the actual sensors, it was the led light in the mirror that flashes when it engages.
Tell them to check that as well...2 completely different issues.
