Hello community,
I am a fraud living amongst you as I have yet to purchase a Kia Stinger. Maybe this thread can help me figure out the right time to buy.
I am looking for a used 2018, bought outright, and thinking that January/February would be the best time to buy a RWD sports sedan. Spring would arguably be the worse time, due to higher demand. However, there is a second train of thought to this.
The Stinger has shot up in popularity in recent months/year which brings a bigger demand to the used Stinger market compared to other sedans. This might only increase in coming months. Also, a lot of 2018/2019 Stingers are coming back from leases between now and the end of the year, which would increase the Stinger supply. Question is, will winter time not be the best simply because the supply might be too low as these end-of-lease cars get gobbled up. I assume the vast majority of leases start in the fall, and therefore end 2-3 years later in the fall?
What do you guys think?
