tl;dr: Michelin Pilot Sport 4s wins, a Maxxis tyre comes third, the Chinese options come last.

That’s a pretty flawed review/test, how can they make that statement when they also make reference to “notable absences”, if you don’t test all the available performance tyres in the market place then the results are really not a true representation of what they are trying to report on.

The issue is that they ask the manufacturers to provide tyres, and some of them choose not to do so. They can't rate tyres that they don't have.

To be honest, I'd be surprised if any of the others would outshine those that were there by any considerable margin.
