Belated Introduction

Greetings from northern Virginia! The reminder pop-up went away and I keep forgetting to write this introduction. I purchased a Snow White Pearl GT2 a little over a month ago, and it has been a fun transition from a Mazda RX-8 R3--much more torque and comfort (and features!). The Stinger's handling has really impressed me for such a 'large' car.

Looking forward to some long road trips and tailgating this fall!

Oh, that kind is okay, surely. Here you are:

1. Always devote as much conscious attention to your driving as required. I would say at least half of your brain power at all times. Reduce multitasking.


2. Never follow too closely. Be generous in the allowance of space between your car and the vehicle you are following.


3. Reduce speed to existing conditions. This means never use cruise control in slick or icy or restricted visibility conditions.


4. Check your mirrors often. The idiots behind you will pose your greatest risk that you have zero control over.


5. Never perform sudden, unsignaled maneuvers. Always be where other drivers expect you to be.


6. Check for side traffic, and double check, before pulling out into traffic or changing lanes.

i was just going to comment on the tailgating comment. beautiful car novag. welcome to the forum. i almost bought a shinka edition rx8 years ago, but realized i don't fit in it very easily. but it was a beautiful car. kind of an metallic purplish red that was only for that edition.

Yeah, I have passed this onto each of my kids, some more than once. It would probably help if the preaching came from someone else. LOL.
