This is honestly such a great community, sad to be moving on from my Stinger but I've decided to go a new direction. I got a really great offer on mine as a trade in and I'm moving to a manual 2017 Golf R. It's what I initially drove first when I went test driving before going on the Stinger. One caught my eye locally and after driving it, it felt so solid and fun, found it way more fun than the Stinger IMO. I don't do any highway at all, I just putt around back roads and in city. It's just me and my wife, and there will be no kids so a full size GT sedan isn't necessary.

Learned so much from many helpful members.

Traitor.......jk. Enjoy your new ride. Those look like fun.

You're always one of those members that I recognize everywhere I go on the forum. Enjoy your fun ride (and all that manual shifting, which does get old in some situations, but I always liked it).

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Standards are fun. For a while. After years of being an over the road trucker driving a 13 speed, I’m over manual transmissions. Plus there isn’t a human on earth that can shift as fast as an automatic.

I love the Stinger, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't tempted to look elsewhere, too. The trade-in value is making it nearly impossible to ignore. I bought the Stinger when I was driving across the state all the time. Now it mostly sits in the garage and really I need something to tow motorcycle trailers and such with. I love my car, I really do. It's a fantastic car, but it isn't fitting my needs much these days.
