Hi of course I need to replace my battery. Looking on BatteriesPlus + website. I know AGM battery. What is group size, and what size do I need?
That would be my choiceFWIW, some mfr's H7 has as much CCA and reserve capacity as, if not more than, other mfr's H8.
Take Optima, for example. They don't even make an H8, as their H7 is already pretty stout. I might get that if ours needs replacement. The Optimas I've had were quite impressive in their performance and longevity.
my 3.3gt2 uses an H8 or group 49. H7 is probably for the 2.0.
That's interesting...on several Kia parts websites they showed the same OEM part number for the 4cyl and 6cyl models. When I image searched I found some AGM90L in addition to the AGM80L, but didn't see it specify H8, so it's not clear whether it's that size or just a higher capacity H7.FWIW, some mfr's H7 has as much CCA and reserve capacity as, if not more than, other mfr's H8.
