Bad customer service.

9/22 I ordered a cpi kit and fmic from Burger Motorsports and for cpi kit got here standard delivery period. Next day from making order they refund me shipping fee and i found out that they have delay on fmic they are waiting for hardware which is pipe i don't know which part of it though.i was thinking cool i can wait several days and anyway i need to install fmic and cpi kit together so i can't avoid removing bumper 2 times since i need to use 1/8' bung on fmic pipe. it has been 4 weeks and no updates till i asked. first of all they put that fmic like they have in stock and did not mention there will be delay since there is missing part or something like K8 stinger store then i would have been waited. second when i email them 2-3 times their reply was if i want they can cancel or refund. what the hell all that waiting for nothing and sound like they rather refund my money than hearing complain from me. today since it has been 1 month of waiting i email them " what is your excuse and you still do me a business like you don't want wait, here is your money and beat it.they are doing it because they have more than enough money or customer? $1700 is not worthy? i waited another 2 weeks without saying any since they said 1-1.5 week and still no update. Said that it not excuse they are still waiting and same shit you don't want to wait we will refund. for my cpi kit they will get it back but there will be 20% restocking fee. who said there service is second to none. my experience about sales department is fxxxing the worst ever. i will get the fmic and never deal with this company shit.

I ordered the BMS FMIC a few months ago from BMS since KDM warehouse was out of stock at the time. It was delayed about 2 weeks because they were waiting for parts to build them, but I was in no hurry. I did get it about 2 weeks after I ordered it.
I have found I have to be patient in this modding world, especially with the various shortages going on around the world.
Also, you don't have to pull the bumper off to get to the bung on the charge pipe, I just installed the BMS WMI kit and was able to reach up from underneath once I pulled the air deflector off.
 
Sorry to hear about the headache here. Various shortages have popped up and some hard part shipments have been delayed beyond our control. With regard to the intercoolers we found an entire batch of couplers was made in the wrong size and had to have them redone causing unexpected delays.

The warehouse tells me they should fill most IC back orders this week and they process them in the order received

Terry,i don't have any bad feeling about you it is just that serving customer is not like this or that. company took my money for product which is not on me now then company owe explanation for that little detail. not like you can't wait then cancel it and you have return 20% restocking fee.
 
I checked your email history and I don't see anywhere where our salespeople were rude, misleading, ignored you, or anything else really to justify the many negative reviews you've been going around posting everywhere.

You ordered an intercooler, you want your intercooler. I get it. We want to ship your intercooler too. There was an unforeseen issue that prevented us from shipping not only yours but 26 other kits. Fortunately we do expect them all to go out this week.
