AWD vs RWD, and expected stock 0-60 times

At hyperspeeds, a THOUSAND HP+ once in the 200+ mph range with a 'street' car. How much hp does the super slippery 260mph Bugatti Veyron have? Is the Cd of a Stinger less than a Veyron? Nope, so add even more power to go that fast to overcome extra drag. At 150mph+ autobahn speeds, you are a plane with no wings but plenty of lift, slight sidewinds push car significantly off course. FAST. Anyone here go that fast sustained, really? You need an engineered, closed course superspeedway like Bugatti rented at Nardo to cover that speed zone without fatalities. Special tires made to spec, lots more. Numerical theoretical redline WOT fun to talk about but finding out hard reality while attempting can be a mofo. Even properly equipped on closed course, it almost got me.

A couple autobahn run videos out there showing how quickly the Stinger gets up to top speed. Keep in mind these are in KPH not MPH. For reference factory top speed is 270kph/167mph.

not true. there are plenty of rpms left at the speed limiter threshold. in addition to @StingerbyAdoom 's testimonial, I can offer a poster from germany years ago who claimed in excess of 200 mph, I want to say they claimed 208 mph, driving, not dyno. so 167 mph isn't going to tax 6th gear or even 7th gear because 167 mph is not the 'top speed' of the engineered 3.3l set up.
There is no way in any universe a stock stinger is reaching 200 mph, unless it falls off a cliff....a really really high cliff!
Remember when Ford claimed the last gen GT500 would reach 200. It had 662 hp, weighs less, and both Car and Driver and Motor Trend (and other magazines) were unable to hit 200.
Explain how exactly a Stinger is supposed to hit much more than the claimed 167? Is it factory limited due to tires? Maybe, but it probably only has a few more MPH if any. No C8 Corvette has a top speed of 200 mph. Porsche Panamera Turbo S....196. There are numerous much more powerful cars that can't hit 200, why would one assume a 365 hp, 4000 lb car can?

Sorry if that came across as criticizing you....that was not my intent....just I have read that numerous times on this forum and just shake my head as to how that could even be possible in the real world.

how could that be criticizing me when I was only relating a years old claim of some dude in germany? I don't believe it either, but his tuned stinger was going a lot faster than 167 mph we can take that to the bank.

my own experience with 'mexico adventures' and a friend's comparative push to the limit tells me that there is a lot of additional speed without the limiter. it isn't the tires, since the 167 speed limit is with (y) rated michelin, in other words in excess of 186 mph.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Just didn't want to come across as an ass/know it all.
Unless someone does a verified, two way, GPS verified run, then I am somewhat skeptical of significantly more than 167.

yes. butt dyno is one of the most unreliable 'devices' employed.

It would be interesting to see what an otherwise stock (iow only have the limiter removed) Stinger could do during Bonneville Speed Week.
