This is what a dealer in North VA is offering for a 2019 GT2, Ceramic Silver with Red Interior.

MSRP $54,400
Discount -$4,396
Lease Rebate -$9,400
Price $40,604
Freight $ 995
Taxes $1,946
Plates $153
Processing $799
Total $44,497

Realistically, how much lower can I get this?

Freight is already included on the MSRP.

Anywhere between 43k-42k will be a good price for an AWD.

Alright, I have a dealer offering me $42,650 out the door. GT2 AWD, White/Red. I think that's as good as it's gonna get.

That’s a pretty solid price. Do it, do it now.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
The scuttlebutt is that MY18 no longer have incentives.

My understanding is that dealers were given a blanket $10k for the 2018 cars to do with as they please. However, it may be difficult for them to get lease numbers now if the financial institution isn’t supporting leases for MY 2018 anymore.

Nope, it was a 2019 model year, the car even has remote start and a few other things.

Don’t mean to hijack the thread but I wanted to get feedback to the same question. I’m looking at a red 2019 GT2 AWD.

In Massachusetts dealers are offering $9900 rebates on a 24 month lease. I negotiated a price of $40,500 before fees and tax (6.25%) The MSRP is $54060. I have a few questions...
1. Is this a good price or can I do better (only red awd GT2 within 100+ miles of my location)
2. I’ve read some stuff about the lease buyout is there anything I should look out for as far as avoiding extra costs when I buy out a lease?
3. Can any other rebates be combined with the $9900 lease offer.

Thank you in advance

So after the rebate but before taxes and fees, you are paying only $40,500? Incredible. How can they make any money at all? Kia must compensate them somehow.

The only fee here in Utah for doing the buyout is the $300 purchase fee, whatever it's really called. You'd have to pay the same fee at the end of the lease if you bought the car.

The only thing that makes the early buyout not a benefit is if you have to pay off a loan (say at a credit union) to do the buyout, and the interest rate on the loan and interest rate on the lease are too close to equal to make the buyout worth the bother.

Thanks for the feedback, I’m probably going to get all the numbers in writing and figure out if the buyout is worth it. I have also considered buying a Dodge Charger scatpack but I think the Stinger is probably the better all around choice. I still have my 2004 Grand Cherokee as a beater for really bad winter weather. I’ll be sure to post more info as I get closer to picking up a Stinger

What dealer was this from? Good experience with the salesperson?

If it has the red Nappa leather interior, you got a deal. When cars are marked down like this the salesman makes a grand total of $150.

All this quibbling over a few hundred dollars more becomes silly once you drive this car.

I would say, anyone who got a loaded 19 GT2 for under $45k got a good deal. I got mine for $41.5 k and am thrilled every time I drive the car.
