ARK Downpipes in the works (Questions for ARK Rep).

I didn't have the vibration issue but the stock Ark did have too much drone for me. My muffler swap seems simple compared to your mods (but was still about $500 US). Swapping the muffler knocked down volume and drone by about 25%. I'm not a believer in needing back pressure but it does require some to knock down the sound / drone.

Interesting, mine had little vibration until it appears i dynamatted the boot, it seems afterwards it transferred it via somewhere else? I didn't take the side panels out in the boot (trunk) so i didn't dynamat there.

Im in two minds where to use the Sheet of dynaliner either as a boot cover or under the back seats- which Kammaux kindly gave me instructions how to remove.

I didn't do sound deadening until after the muffler swap to prepare for my SSR mid pipes.
I lined most the trunk but also did not remove the side panels and did some under the seats. Trunk seems like a better investment as the seats are sound absorbing foam.
I did do less under the seats, didnt cover the gas tank access. Between under the seats or boot cover i would go under the seats.

Yep Tonka thats all genuine kamo did give you the credit, now i bet you feel guilty by not acknowledging the "someone" you haven't mentioned lol.

So, sorry just reading again is that boot lining or under the seat recommendation? I can only do one . If it is misunderdstanding my excuse its 2.00am here lol. (Night shift) yawn.

I would give credit but can't remember! Impressed that kamauxx did. My vote is to add under the seat. Should do more and you wont see it.

Do secondary downpipes increase the sound with OEM catback? can it create any kind of drone?

Anyone happen to have done this and have video clips available for sound? Sounds like an easy solution for someone who wants just a bit of extra oomph rather than something over-the-top or something ultra expensive like an electronically adjustable one
