From this customer's perspective, that's how it appears.

I have 2 open cases with Corporate, both appear to be in "limbo". In both cases, the Kia dealer told me I needed to open a case with Corporate to get resolution. Once the case was opened, I was told Corporate would reach out to the dealer to get the problem resolved. Then it just seems to go back and forth between Corporate and the Dealer, and nothing gets resolved.

Bummer. From other comments about dealing with Kia Corp, I get the impression that everything takes way too much time; but you get there eventually. But six months is beastly long. I'm sorry. :(

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I think everyone is just incompetent and doesn't care at all. It look the dealership five attempts over the course of six months to fix my issue. I have a strong feeling it's going to return pretty soon. There is zero communication and it takes them weeks to months to go step by step. If I never had to get a lawyer involved I guarantee I would have still be having this issue. It's like they think we bought a brand new $15k Kia Rio and not a brand new $45k Kia Stinger. Pathetic really.

Get a lawyer. Doing so magically made them fix my problems within two weeks after taking over five and a half months of back and forth visits and losing countless hours on each trip. Hopefully the issue stays fixed.

OP, what issues are you dealing with? why is it not cut and dry? something clearly broken?
