New but used? What the HELL does THAT mean?

Well, it's a return from a customer who purchased it, installed it and Burger Tuning found it needed a new chip. So the chip is included and needs to be installed. I don't have time to mess around with it and the customer decided to buy a new one (I guess he didn't want to mess around with it either). In any event, instead of $619 new for both pieces, it's $400 including domestic shipping to whoever says they want it first. If you live outside of the U.S., you'll need to pay for USPS Priority Mail shipping.
