Any reviews of Eibach Sway Bars only?

Thanks! And apparently the rear bar is enough at least for a start. Will await them eventually putting the front on, too, to see what that adds to the mix.

The car does often feel a bit squirrely, but in reality it does not lose grip. It just feels like it might. The bigger rear bar alone should have no detrimental effect on grip. Stiffer/lower springs and possibly the bigger front bar likely would reduce ultimate grip, even though the car might feel "nicer" during hard cornering. I will order my bar soon after I check-out installation costs.

Could you let us know the installation cost when known please.:)

I have started with just front bar. It does decent job of keeping car flat. Not too much understeer. Much easier to control power oversteer.

Interesting. Can you tell why you thought front bar would be better than rear if going with only one...given that all the complaints seem to be about the side-stepping rear?

My experience with front engine RWD cars has been front bars work well if car isn’t prone to understeer. Stinger turns well and my biggest issue with car was controlling throttle oversteer. Big front bar really did a great job of allowing rears to hook up while keeping car flat. Funny thing rear end doesn’t hop like it did with oem front bar.

Thanks...and confirmed my assumption you had RWD. I have AWD, so will go with the rear bar at some point.

Yes with AWD rear would be great start. I eventually will install rear bar as well. Just wanted to see what bigger front did. My overall impression is front bar helps with initial turn in and gives a little more understeer on turn exit which is perfect for this car in RWD form.

Whats the best setting hard or soft?

Whats the best setting hard or soft?
For me it depends on your driving style & road conditions. Based on the information supplied by Eilbach & as stated above I went with soft setting & am happy, always have the choice to change later if required.

I did front and 3 weeks later rear just because of rear back order. Front did a ton, rear was less noticable but im sure rear would have done a tone also if i did it first. Both on soft. Love it.

What is involved in changing the setting?

Just remove one nut per side and move the position where the bar attaches to the end link. There are two holes in the bar. Inner most is stiff. Can probabaly do it on ramps with the wheels on. I did the front bar install on ramps. Super easy. Rear bar is tight and challenging.

I did an upgraded rear sway bar on my last car and it made a world of difference, so much less body roll and the car felt so much more composed under hard cornering. I think this might be my next mod.

Thanks for great pics! Hoist or ramps or other tools needed? I assume it's not as easy as just grabbing it with your bare hands once the bolt is removed.
Changing the setting is that easy. Remove bolt from both sides and the bar will rotate freely and the end links pivot as well.
Without an impact gun you may need an allen wrench to keep the bolt from spinning.

So concluding, the AWD cars' suspension will be improved by replacing the rear sway bar. The RWD cars will be improved by replacing the front sway bar. Am I right?

I'd prob do just rear or both for rwd and awd. Just front does make it corner flat and turn in better but at the limits just the front will cause more understeer.
