I hit mine with iron x 4 weeks ago it was amazing how much crap was there. Am waiting till mid May to do my coating.I had a small amount of Iron X left in a bottle so I sprayed the car with it after it's first contact wash in many months last Thursday, it looks a lot better now, about 80% of the rusty spots are gone. I'm hoping to do a full detail and ceramic coating in the next few weeks.
Speaking of ceramic coating, I've been doing it for quite a few years. If anyone is looking to have it done and doesn't want to pay Ming prices, I might be open for business. I only use brand name products, and I normally coat with CarPro CQuartz. Edmonton area only at this time.
Verde Axis. Something interesting about them which I didn't realize until I got them is that the valve stem is actually on the inner wall instead of outer wall of the wheel. So the stem has to be small enough to pass under the brembos. Looks like they have less than a mm of clearance, lol.

Send me a PM and I'll give you the coordinates just be aware they are in their busy season right now so you might get better results by calling instead of emailing. Drop my name he will remember me.Is there any way you could find out from your dealer where he got the valve stems and their specs? I have been trying desperately for anyone to help me find a shorter valve stem that will work with the TPMS system.
I bought a set of Verde Quantum rims, but the stems they installed are too long, actually gouged my calipers about 1mm deep because of it. Love the rims, hate this inside mount stem.
Thanks for any help
I just hate the smell of itI did mine yesterday.

I only started using Iron X regularly (1 to 2 times a year) on the Mustang and I never had as much purple as I have on the Stinger. I also had ceramic coating, so methinks the gunk sticks less with ceramic...hoping. I only had a chance to put on some Meguiars Fast Finish on the paint before winter hit, was too cold to coat. It's probably all worn off now anyway.I did mine yesterday.
Saw them this morning cleaningIm done cleaning my car until they sweep the streets. Till then I just spray her down and drive.
