I've got a 2018 Kia Stinger GT2, and I have not done any mods to suspension or leveling, etc. I am wanting to know if I am able to run a
20x9" +25 offset wheel in the front w/255/35R20 tires AND on the rear, a
20x11" +50 offset wheel with a 295/30R20 withOUT having to do any body modifications. I do not want any rubbing whatsoever so I am just wondering who out there is running this set up & what feedback I can get from you on this concern, question.
Additionally, I want a flush to very near-flush stance, if anything I am okay with a slight poke.
Thanks for any shared thoughts, opinions or advice!

Nice man. Looks great, that is actually one of or very similar to one of the wheel choices/styles I am looking at. Awesome, thank you man.

295 30 20 WILL RUB
This is incorrect and you don't even state the offset.

With an offset of 50,

295 x 30 x 20

...will NOT rub.

So if you say the offset makes a difference that mean they will rub and I met a guy while getting gas and he showed me his 295's had cuts in the tire from hitting the body of the car

And once again, you don't state the offset.

If the offset is wrong for any car, the tire will rub whether it's a Stinger, 911, etc.

Like you said they will rub lol

The offset is where the hub mounts relative to the center of the wheel, with positive offset (in mm) shifting the mounting point outward, ie the wheel inward.

So going from an 8.5" to a 10.5" wheel at the same offset will add an extra inch of wheel inside & out, and on most cars will poke out significantly (and potentially rub, depending on the tire). Increasing the offset will push it back under the car, and as long as you have room on the inside, keep the outside from poking/rubbing.

Our stock offset is +46.5, so if your 295s are on a 10.5 or 11" wheel with (say) a +30 offset, you have a much wider wheel and you're mounting it further out, which will be a problem. But in @SRV's example of +50, that's going to shift it inward slightly which may make it fit.

I have been running 295's on 10.5inch wheel with a 50 offset for years, no rubbing. As long as the offset on an 10.5inch wheel is 50 or more you will be fine, If I could do it again I would do a tad more offset, probably a 55.

The fronts I would stick with an 8.5 inch wheel and 245's, Im running 9's with a 255 tires but its an extremely tight fit, it will rub slightly on lowered cars on uneven surfaces etc.

Me too. I've been threatening to take my rears in and have 5 mm shaved from them, but don't have enough motivation yet.

Have you checked to see if there is enough room to move the wheel inwards 5 mm?
