Hey, whatsup. Pretty new to car mods so I was just looking for opinions on the mods I planning I buying. I was gonna order all of these at once, probably in black Friday. I'm also going to do spark plugs first.

- Injen CAI
- velossa big mouth ram air
- Ark grip catback system
- Jb4 tuner
- Denso ikh24 spark plugs
-bms oil catch can (not sure how much benefit this actually has for the car overall)

Hopefully I'm not saying/doing anything wrong with these mods. I know to take the jb4 off before going to the dealer. I'm basically asking if these are considered good brands for the parts, and if there are any more important mods to be done before doing these. Please dony roast me, im still learning

Howdy and welcome. My advice is run the car stock for a while and save some money. :D All of those are name brands I see mentioned on here all the time, so no worries there.

why does a car this nice need mods? i get it if youre rich and can afford it. i just dont understand paying this much for a car and then tearing it apart.

even if you are rich, nah i still dont get it. unless its like a hobby thing or a cheap car that would benefits from mod'ing it.

Good first set up of mods. I think its the good route to go. Little later on you can see other options such as Lozic/Lap3 more aggressive tuning if you desire. But the mods you listed will keep you fully satisfied.

The mods op listed are pretty common buys for most stingers who seek more power.

Hey Gkatehis,

Welcome to the Stinger Forum and the modification community.

You did a good job picking up some great mods that will get you started on the right path.

I would suggest switching your Spark Plugs to the HKS Racing Plugs like we have on our website.

Our entire website is about to go on sale this Thursday at 5PM PST for our Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales Event.

Please reach out if you have any questions or need any help putting together your Black Friday Package.

Enjoy the new ride,
Daniel @ the K8 Stinger Store

My lack of consistent participation on this forum shows bc never have I seen the non-modders come out of the woodwork! Do what you want to do; it’s all what makes you happy at the end of the day. I’m still learning a lot about mods but I’ve really enjoyed the ones I have in my sig. Just trying to get a grip on overboost from time to time which is just something I’ve been procrastinating on. Fun as hell tho and never had any engine lights or anything.

It’s fun! Don’t knock it until you try it.

i know i know, im sorry about those post, im probably just jelly because i cant mod mine :) if i had the money and time, id probably do it. i have mod'd in the past, but ive never had a car this nice. i was gunna go back and edit those posts, i was on one that day. i would do intakes and exhaust for sure; and some cosmetic things.

I'd say the Ark cat back is overpriced, cheaper options just as good . I would bail on the velossa and do the sway bars.. much more bang for the buck.. also the Injen intakes look nice but again there are other nice, cheaper options, with the same outcome..

How did the shopping go? for the price the BMS 450HP kit is great. throw in a MBRP exhaust or a Borla and you are good. I also like the snorkels.
