About that Kia badge...

From my experience, ImportShark has fast shipping and great communication and others on forums have had good experiences. Me...not so good. Just know that of all the installs i’ve done including rear script and front E badge change, GT wheel overlays and a RC piggyback install, this was the only product that didn’t install and look right. One thing I didn’t try is heat on the the current KIA wheel badge before application. Maybe that would have helped. I can tell you it is extremely difficult to get the edges to stay down. If you don’t mind the wrinkled look on edges and the fact that it will likely only last a few months you may be ok with it. For me, I wasted my $15.

Sounds like it's made of the same material as the wheel centercap overlays. I reported a few weeks back after installing mine that the edges don't really want to stay folded down. I make sure to walk around the car and verify they're still there every few days--I'm sure one day I'll go out and notice one is missing.

I can’t help wonder whether there’s inconsistencies in quality with these vinyl stickers. I removed the GT wheel stickers I have off another product and reinstalled them over top of the existing Kia badges (in other words, they were installed twice) on my wheels and they haven’t started coming off at all and that’s with at least 2 trips through the car wash. I have to believe that a little heat applied prior to install would help. Who knows.

The overlays I sell are made here in Florida - so they may be using a different process than the ones that are made elsewhere. The overlays you bought from me should stick even after taking them off one product and placing them on another. If at any point they weaken because of that - let me know and I'll send you a new set.

I will say, however, that the new "Vintage K" sets are extremely high quality. You're going to see a lot of them as time goes on. But, you need to like the "K"...

You see...now that’s how it’s done! You offer a quality product and if for some reasonable reason it’s not working, you let him know and he’ll work to make it right. THAT’S how you build loyalty, word of mouth referrals and a solid customer base. Not my experience elsewhere. I’ll buy from THE STINGER STORE.

Well thank you for the kind words... I do try to be as easy to work with as possible... :)

My choice to E badge the front and "Stinger" the back and add the E wheel caps, along with some Stinger stuff in the interior are because I like the look and it makes it look more aggressive in my opinion. It's not my job to tell everyone that the Stinger is a KIA. Im proud to own this baby and that's Kia's job to make sure everyone knows the Stinger is "their" creation through advertising.

I just saw the thread on another forum. I can't believe that guy questioned why you're "getting yourself worked up over a $15 item".

I'm serious man, I've never experienced customer service like his. It's so bad that I actually chuckled when I read his posts...it's seriously unbelievable...like I feel like there's a hidden camera trying to catch our reactions or something.

I've bought/bartered for things from children on the sides of dirt roads in Afghanistan who had better etiquette towards customers.

...in other words, for all of your future needs buy from Sal...or Afghanistan.

Is that a photoshop or something? I love Singer Porsches but I've never heard of a Stinger Porsche.

That would look cool.

Hey Sal! Any update on the Loden badges? I would PM but my conversations have disappeared. Thanks!
We're working on getting direct conversations working again. As for the badges, I have black chrome with matte black edges in stock. Take a look in the store. I'm still waiting on availability for regular chrome...

To my latest knowledge, the round Stinger emblem in the works with Loden is delayed, because they decided to also market a black chrome version of it, which is being developed. They want to market them both together.
