Have you checked online? Yellow Stingers are probably the cheapest of any color.

I think the limited yellow series will ring one of the pricier colors on the used market. 3/5 of those vehicles have branded titles. For that reason, I'd question if the other two are available or the deal is as good as it seems.

I can't believe someone would put a $30k price tag on a branded title.

I'm also in a better spot to buy privately, being a cash buyer and all. I can pay more than what a dealer would give for a trade-in while at the same time spend quite a bit less than what a dealer would charge me. I might end up going with a dealer but it doesn't hurt to ask around.

The yellow Stingers were plagued with paint issues which caused them to need to be repainted. Kia gave the owners the option of returning them or having them resprayed. I think the title issues stem from Kia buying the vehicles back from the owners who didn't want to deal with a brand new car being repainted. I would definitely avoid yellow Stingers if I were you. Besides, your other two color preferences are faster anyway.

I think I want to stick with a GT1 but thanks for the reply. Honestly if you don't mind selling privately then you should be able to get some decent offers compared to a trade in. I've found that facebook groups and marketplace have been a great place to list cars.
