A request for the forum mods

I used to be on Hondatech (when I owned a 96 GSR) and VWVortex (when I owned a 04 GTI) and yes, those forums both had a lot of issues and that's precisely where I don't want to see us go. I'm not saying people shouldn't go off topic, but in certain threads there should be some kind of constraint to keep people in the ball park. There's no reason for the 1/4 mile thread to have several pages in a row worth of fighting about who's tune is better... I mean come on.

Really? No reason to discuss who's tune is seeing the better 1/4 mile times in the 1/4 mile thread? No reason at all?

we have one thread on this entire forum dedicated to 1/4 mile times. They can't update the original comment with the current 1/4 mile times so they're constantly having to make a new comment with the updated times. Instead of having that comment somewhere near the end so its easy for people to see what Stingers are currently running, it gets buried by SEVERAL pages of comments of arguing. I don't know, wouldn't it be nice to visit the 1/4 mile thread, see the times people are running and be able to see everyone's experience with the 1/4 mile without having to sort through dozens of pages of BS?

We have an ENTIRE section dedicated to tuning so no, there is no reason to discuss which tune is faster in that particular thread.

Welp you're entitled to your opinion. All I can say is report the posts to the moderators and if they agree with you they will handle it.

But if you aren't reporting the posts I doubt they will take any action, even if you start a new thread to ask them to do so.

When the forum software is updated to the newest version, I'll be implementing a feature that'll allow discussions within discussions. They'll be seen a bit off to the side so that you know it's a side-discussion. It'll help keep things organized so that you can follow the topic instead of the subtopic...

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
