A challenge to all new members..(and the old ones) We want your new threads!

i have been a bit bewildered as to why the forum has slowed down a bit over the last week. I would like to throw out a challenge to all the new members to come up with at least 2 new threads in the next 48 hours. Let’s get it moving again!

Please make sure the posts have value and shouldn’t just be replies to existing threads. We don’t need 50 new threads about how we washed our cars today.

That will be difficult because early adopters were discovering things that are now known, and the rest of us were killing time waiting for our cars to come in. In addition, I'm finding that the comments added to existing thread titles are every bit as good as new threads -- for example the number of wrecks caused by other drivers gawking at your Stinger, or the times you've been stopped at a filling station or a parking lot by people asking questions. And of course with so much information being received, it gets confusing if similar information is spread over multiple thread titles. Not being a curmudgeon here, just thinking out loud. But I'll think of something new to post ....

i don't work at a computer all the time like i did a year ago so i'm not posting as much as i used to. but if my counting is correct we're still getting almost 400 posts every day. which seems pretty good to me. i think at one point we were getting 500 but it probably depends on the stinger being in the news.

Posts yes threads no? Seems like the same threads keep circulating which is ok but some fresh ones would be good to stimulate interest.
