2022 3.3 TT Cold Air Intake

I recently traded in my 2019 GT1 for a 2022 GT2 and I am looking to install a CAI. I’ve pretty much narrowed it down to K&N since it has a great look and, from what I’ve read, pretty good sound and performance. I’ve also never had an issue with them or their products I’ve used in the past. The only problem is they do not make the CAI for the 2022 yet. My question is, since 2018-2021 K&N CAIs were all compatible, will it still be the same for the 2022 model year or have there been significant engine changes for this year?

It will fit. Intake and turbo setup is identical to the older models. I recommend AEM as I like the look better and you get dry flow filters rather than oiled on the K&N. otherwise the two are very similar.

Under the hood, the only item I’ve read that people have issues with are catch cans as some 2022’s lack the mounting bolt for the bracket.

I vote AEM over K&N as well, it's the better intake and they're both made in the same facility.

I appreciate the help guys. I went with the AEM like you recommended. Perfect fit with straightforward install, amazing sound, and noticeable gains. Plus AEM offers a pretty hefty military discount here in the states, so that was nice too. Pics attached.
